Responsibilities

Support our Huntsville, AL location

Working on state-of-the-art system-of-systems HWIL frameworks with Agile development, Security, and System Administration teams to create and advance solutions for DevSecOps

Qualification

Required

DevOps or software automation

Linux (RHEL or CentOS), Windows servers and workstations including troubleshooting

Agile development, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)

System scripting using bash, Python, PowerShell, or batch, etc

Writing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Jenkins, or Bamboo

Technical support, training, and guidance on DevSecOps and software lifecycle tools, e.g., GitLab, Nexus, or CI tools

Docker or containerization

Infrastructure-as-Code or Platform Engineering

Controlling third-party software (COTS, GOTS, and FOSS) to ensure efficient storage and reuse

Strong collaboration skills

Version control tools, e.g., Git

Must be a U.S. Citizen

An active DoD Secret clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Secret clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment

Bachelor's degree from accredited college in related discipline with 5 years professional experience; OR Master's degree with 3 years professional experience; OR PhD with no experience

Preferred

Agile process tools, e.g., VersionOne, Atlassian, Jira

Developing maintainable Infrastructure-as-Code, e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Chef/Puppet

GitOps infrastructure automation process

Ability to support multiple release projects simultaneously

Test automation and implementation in a pipeline approach

Static analysis tools and pipeline integration, e.g., Fortify, Coverity, SonarQube

Containerization, e.g., Kubernetes, Helm Charts

Infrastructure implementation of virtualized hosts in VMware

Network and diagnostics
