Responsibilities
Assist with creating a more efficient and consistent onboarding process for new hires
Use an LMS system to create, organize, assign, and track internal training
Help organize what training all new hires receive, including required and role-specific learning
Support tracking and reporting on new hire training progress and completion
Help develop a three-day retail banking onboarding program for Relationship Bankers
Collaborate with HR and department leaders to document training needs and workflows
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled college student (HR, business, education, communications, or related fields preferred)
Interest in training, onboarding, or employee development
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working with technology and learning new systems
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
