Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of engineers to provide advanced application engineering support for projects
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and execute project plans
Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team in solving complex engineering problems
Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance application engineering processes and efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
Minimum 5 years of experience in advanced engineering support or related roles
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization
Preferred
Advanced Engineering degrees like EE (Electrical Engineering), ME (Mechanical Engineering)
