Responsibilities
Gaining and understanding the Warehouse Management system (Manhattan), ERP(SAP) and other key systems as needed
Collecting inventory and order data from those systems
Supporting inventory control team by identifying and analyzing inventory discrepancies
Assisting in monitoring and resolving issues between the Warehouse Management System and ERP
Assisting in improving inventory integrity by monitoring inventory adjustments and understanding root operational causes
Maintaining detailed documentation of analysis and report development
Reports SOX Inventory Compliance data and speaks on any variances from the control
You will be responsible for generating Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reports and provide management with those results
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2 Years' professional level experience working in automated warehouse / distribution environment
Strong knowledge / experience of WMS (Manhattan WM)
Advanced proficiency in ERPs (SAP)
Ability to create legible reports ad-hoc and through business intelligence systems (Power BI)
Advanced skills in SQL (Developer)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
Knowledge of SOX Compliance
