Atomic Semi is an early-stage hardware startup with solid funding and world-class advisors. They are seeking a PCBA Technician to operate their in-house SMT line and perform a variety of tasks related to printed circuit board assemblies and electrical components.

Responsibilities

Operate our in-house SMT line and other PCB assembly equipment, including:

SMT placement, reflow, and solder paste printing

Conformal coating, masking, and epoxy application

Component kitting and measurement

Optical and x-ray inspection

Perform routine inspection and maintenance of equipment

Inspect PCBAs for defects

Wire crimping and harness assembly

Maintain tooling and consumable inventory

Follow work instructions and suggest improvements

Qualification

Required

2+ years in a manufacturing environment

Electrical rework and soldering skills

Wire crimping and harness assembly

High school diploma or equivalency certificate

Preferred

5+ years of experience in PCB assembly

Experience operating SMT equipment

Familiarity with electrical engineering documentation
