Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Organizational Change Management for SAP S/4HANA programs (ECC to S/4)
Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and readiness evaluations
Design and execute integrated OCM plans (communications, training, engagement)
Partner with PMO, Functional Leads, Training, and Business stakeholders to drive adoption
Develop and maintain advanced Excel-based artifacts (readiness dashboards, trackers, metrics, risk logs)
Provide executive-level reporting with clear insights, risks, and mitigation strategies
Support onsite workshops, leadership engagements, and critical go-live activities
Qualification
Required
8+ years of OCM experience, with hands-on SAP S/4HANA transformation delivery
Proven experience supporting large, complex enterprise programs
Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards, data analysis)
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Experience working in hybrid, fast-paced, delivery-driven environments
Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
Preferred
Local Houston area candidates
Prior experience in energy, manufacturing, or large regulated enterprises
Prosci or equivalent change certification
