Responsibilities
Complete Title IV calculations accurately and timely
Respond to campus and corporate inquiries
Stay current on program regulations
Develop knowledge and proficiency in Title IV programs, academic calendars, awarding Title IV aid and status impacts
Promote a positive and student-centered work environment
Maintain compliance with established policies and procedures
Communicate effectively with campus and corporate teams
Work independently and provide regular status updates to management regarding the R2T4 process
Qualification
Required
3+ years of Financial Aid experience
1+ year at a Sr. Financial Aid Advisor level
Proficient Microsoft Office Suite
Must be able to travel occasionally to Financial Aid Conferences and/or trainings
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
Proficiency in analyzing data and creating reports
