Responsibilities
Lead a team of engineers and leaders building employee-facing products
Participate in product design and development, engaging at all levels of execution
Work closely with PMs, TPMs, and technical teams to drive engineering outcomes, enhance user experiences, and develop products and workflows that users love
Provide strategic direction working closely with senior leaders across NVIDIA
Provide technical leadership strongly advocate for AI-first experiences
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, or a related technical field
15+ overall years of experience building software in the tech industry
8+ years of experience managing high-performing teams
Product-first thinking
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams
Strong experience building and leveraging AI agents
Experience designing distributed systems
Preferred
Familiarity with issue tracking and agile delivery products
Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and high-quality release practices
