Responsibilities

Lead end to end sales operations for the ENT business, driving operational excellence
Partner with sales leadership to define and execute strategies aligned to business goals
Conduct market and competitive analysis to support go to market planning
Design and maintain optimal territory structures and support territory optimisation efforts
Build and deliver dashboards and reports that drive insight led decision making
Analyse performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Lead the annual quota setting process and support incentive plan design
Manage and resolve commission related inquiries and disputes
Drive adoption of business intelligence tools and support data driven practices
Support annual and quarterly business planning and collaborate across functions

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field
Seven or more years of experience in Sales Operations or a related function, including three or more years in a leadership role
Strong analytical capability with experience in sales performance, forecasting and incentive planning
Proficiency with CRM and BI tools including Salesforce and advanced Excel
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, matrixed environment while improving processes and systems
