Responsibilities
Lead-level experience required: proven ability to lead teams, own end-to-end solution design, mentor developers, and drive delivery
Strong hands-on experience in Talend Data Integration and Data Mapper modules
Strong EDI experience is mandatory, including healthcare transactions such as X12 (837, 834, 835, 270/271, 276/277)
Extensive experience processing healthcare data formats including X12, JSON, XML, flat files, and Excel
Working knowledge of MongoDB and relational databases
Basic to intermediate coding skills in Java or Python for custom transformations
Proven experience developing and managing data pipelines using Databricks notebooks (PySpark / SQL)
Hands-on experience managing Databricks clusters and jobs, ensuring optimal performance, cost efficiency, and security
Experience integrating Talend workflows with Databricks Delta Lake for scalable data storage and processing
Strong experience implementing Data Lakehouse architecture for structured and semi-structured data
Ability to optimize Spark jobs for performance and cost efficiency
Experience creating and optimizing Databricks notebooks and queries to deliver data-driven insights and reports to business stakeholders
Qualification
Required
10–12 years of overall experience, with mandatory Healthcare domain experience
