Qualification
Required

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Familiarity with service management tools
Experience leading both physical and virtual teams
B.S. degree in an IT field or equivalent experience
Relevant certifications (e.g., HDI, ITIL)
Preferred
Experience with regional/global suppliers
Automotive manufacturing knowledge is a plus
