Responsibilities
Develops and implements interfaces, designs and UX patterns
Creates workflows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively conceptualize new product features
Translate mockups to WordPress or html/js/css templates and specifications
Conducts regular research and applies insights to make informed recommendations for product enhancement
Collaborates with a team of content curators to achieve optimal user experience
Qualification
Required
3 + years of related experience
Bachelor's Degree required; experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
3+ years' experience required in UX Design
Familiarity with digital publishing platforms and content management systems (CMS) like WordPress
Experience working with multilingual websites and/or platforms
Working knowledge of JavaScript
Proficiency in WordPress, HTML and CSS, with a proficiency in design tools
Active DoW Secret required (minimum); accepted candidates will be submitted for TS/SCI
Ability to work nonstandard hours and on-call status for periods of time may be required
Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and processes, and adapt to evolving requirements
Ability to thrive in multi-cultural work environment
