Responsibilities
Leads all daily receiving procedures and ensures items are received and handled accordingly
Leads daily picking operation
Leads daily order processing operation
Ensures all warehouse associates are performing daily tasks correctly and efficiently
Communicates effectively on a daily basis with Warehouse Management on issues or problems that need to be addressed
Responsible for training new hires and ensuring all warehouse associates are following ISO procedures
Leads daily cycle counting operation
Assists in developing solutions to specific order processing issues
Ensures compliance to all warehouse procedures and processes
Assists with special projects such as capacity planning and new stock projects
Must be able to become power user of Warehouse Management Systems and Warehouse Conveyance Systems
Execute additional tasks as directed by Operations Manager
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent experience
At least 3 years' experience leading people in a distribution environment
Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and conflict management skills
Maintain strong attention to detail in high-pressure situations
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Able to lift 50lbs repetitively
Comfortable climbing ladders
Willing to learn forklift operation
Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
