Oversee and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with company and industry standards, including AS9100D/ISO 9001-2015
Monitor product quality throughout the production process
Implement quality control standards
Conduct inspections
Identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with various teams to ensure consistent product quality and compliance with regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of quality assurance processes, AS9100D, and ISO 9001-2015 standards
Proficiency in quality control methods, inspection processes, and using quality measurement tools
Experience with CNC machining processes and mechanical engineering principles
Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and leadership skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams
Preferred
Experience in a manufacturing or CNC machining environment is highly preferred
Familiarity with ITAR compliance and FFL requirements is a plus
