Responsibilities
Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery, such as kick-offs, status reviews, and stakeholder meetings
Facilitate dependency management, risk management, and impediment removal for defined deliverables
Promote communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion and timeline
Gather and facilitate status updates for deliverables to stakeholders and leadership
Ensure execution aligns with deliverable requirements by working with sponsors and stakeholders
Support resource planning for delivery and execution
Qualification
Required
5 years of End-to-End Project/Release Management experience
Strong Project Management Skills, with the ability to lead a team and drive results
Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Must possess analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong project financial management skills
Client Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) proficient
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Agile / Scrum Master experience
Experience in developing and managing project plans
Ability to schedule and facilitate regular meetings to review progress and status
