Sr Analyst, Control Center Policy and Procedure

Responsibilities

Responsible for any changes or updates to the Departure Control Manual
Perform risk analysis on changes to policies and procedures which will impact frontline team members and on-time performance
Collaboration with senior leaders of the Control Centers to create and prioritize strategic initiatives that improve the impact Control Centers have on the operation
Visit Control Center stations to assess how current policies and procedures are being applied and identify where updates may be needed

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent training/experience
3+ years of policy management or relevant experience
At least 2 years of Control Center Experience
SMS Training and certification
Ability to navigate within Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
Ability to fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable

Preferred

At least 5 years of Control Center Experience
Prior experience in creating Tableau dashboards/reports
Working proficiency of SABRE
