Responsibilities

Manages the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large scale projects
Manages scope and mitigates risk across the facility
Effectively achieves results that meet business and individual objectives
Assist with technical expertise in the design, development, and construction of production processes and equipment. Completed all related to projects. Completes all work in a safe manner consistent with Halyard safety & quality protocols
Manages process specifications used by external partners (i.e. Engineering Service Providers, Equipment vendors, etc.)
Is flexible on work hours and travel required to support problems and technology development

Required

Minimum of Bachelors Degree or advanced degree in process engineering or related major scientific discipline
Minimum of 5 years experience leading capital projects, and collaborating across functional boundaries
Manufacturing experience in a plant assignment required
Manages the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large scale projects
Manages scope and mitigates risk across the facility
Effectively achieves results that meet business and individual objectives
Assist with technical expertise in the design, development, and construction of production processes and equipment. Completed all related to projects. Completes all work in a safe manner consistent with Halyard safety & quality protocols
Manages process specifications used by external partners (i.e. Engineering Service Providers, Equipment vendors, etc.)
Is flexible on work hours and travel required to support problems and technology development
