The Solutions Architect, Applied AI will work with leading enterprises and technology partners to design and build agentic AI solutions, influencing technical roadmaps and establishing LangChain's perspective on agentic AI through various forms of technical content.

Responsibilities
Partner with leading cloud providers, and leading technology ISVs to design and build agentic AI solutions that showcase what's possible with LangChain
Create production-grade reference architectures, sample repositories, and integration patterns that partners can take to their customers
Own technical relationships with partner engineering and product teams, influencing their AI roadmaps and integration priorities
Author technical content - blog posts, architecture guides, and whitepapers - that establishes LangChain's point of view on agentic AI
Support strategic customer implementations alongside partner teams, bringing expertise on agent architectures, evaluation frameworks, and production deployment patterns
Build industry-specific agentic AI solutions (financial services, healthcare, retail, etc.) that partners can customize and deploy
Create repeatable playbooks and enablement materials that help our sales and partner teams scale
Work at the intersection of engineering, product, partnerships, and GTM to drive pipeline and revenue
Qualification
Required
5+ years in technical, customer-facing or partner-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Partner Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, Developer Relations, or Applied AI Engineer
Strong Python skills and hands-on experience building and deploying solutions on at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Experience working with LLMs, RAG, agents, orchestration frameworks, or ML infrastructure
Ability to collaborate effectively with external partners on complex technical projects
Strong communication skills and comfort explaining technical concepts to both technical and non technical audiences
Start up DNA - the ability to thrive in a fast paced, scaling environment
Preferred
Experience taking generative AI or agent based systems from prototype to production
Hands on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith, or similar agent frameworks, would be a big bonus
Background in cloud native architectures including serverless, containerized, or VPC based deployments
Prior open source contributions or technical content creation, would be a bonus
