Senior RAPP Coordinator
Urban Resource Institute (URI) is the nation’s largest provider of domestic violence shelter and support services and a leading provider of housing for families experiencing homelessness. The Senior RAPP Coordinator oversees the implementation of the Relationship Abuse Prevention Program (RAPP), supervises staff, and ensures high-quality programming aligned with the organization's mission.

Responsibilities
Lead the development of a borough-specific hub for RAPP
Provide inclusive supervision and leadership to hub-based staff, including clinical supervision where appropriate
Support professional development and career pathways for direct reports
Oversee the fidelity of restorative and transformative justice practices within the hub, ensuring they are grounded in trauma-informed care
Direct the strategic vision of the summer leadership intensive, ensuring the successful preparation of youth leaders for the academic year
Monitor the execution of CAPs across the hub, ensuring they meet funder deliverables while fostering genuine student agency
Guide the curriculum design for youth empowerment to align with URI’s Theory of Change
Develop and achieve annual program goals aligned with KPIs and funder deliverables
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Oversee accurate and timely data entry and reporting
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in social work, counseling, or related field with active NYS licensure
3–5 years of experience in youth programming, supervision, or clinical leadership
Strong commitment to equity, trauma-informed care, and project management
Will be required to read printed and handwritten materials
Will be required to manipulate the computer mouse and keyboard
Will be required to read information on computer screen
Will be required to use computer keyboard and mouse
Requires regular travel across all five boroughs
Hybrid work schedule – 4 days onsite; 1 day remote
