Responsibilities
Coordination and supervision of multiple residential installation crews across multiple locations
Ensuring client satisfaction
Training and motivating crews
Maintaining strict quality standards on projects
Visiting job sites daily and interfacing with homeowners
Managing projects to successful completion within cost and time estimates
Interfacing with sales consultants and office administration
Qualification
Required
Landscape construction and/or 3–5 years of experience with site preparation and grading, concrete pavers, natural stone and/or masonry work, and job/crew management
Hardscape construction experience with a high level of competency in site layout, grading, blueprint reading, project administration, and problem solving
Well organized, detail-oriented, highly motivated, and a strong communicator
Must have a can-do approach
