Responsibilities

Provide advanced case management and career guidance to program participants

Support participants in accessing approved training, supportive services, and employment pathways

Assist with monitoring program budgets, training expenditures, and participant eligibility

Ensure compliance with workforce development policies, grant regulations, and reporting requirements

Support and guide Career Services team members in understanding program policies and procedures

Collaborate with training providers, employers, and partner agencies to support participant success

Review documentation and case files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness

Assist with program monitoring, performance tracking, and continuous improvement efforts
