Responsibilities

Supporting the Finance organization through process mapping, documentation, and improvement initiatives
Assisting with process updates and standardization across multiple finance teams
Contributing to automation and AI-related initiatives within finance processes
Developing and updating process documentation, including signing authority materials
Supporting the automation of recurring financial reports
Collaborating with finance team members to analyze and improve existing workflows

Required

Rising junior or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree or master's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting. Candidates must not graduate prior to September 2026
Strong time management, collaboration, and organizational skills
Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) for the duration of the 12-week summer internship, reporting in-office 3-4 times per week
Eligible candidates must be located within 50 miles of Wendell, NC, as this role does not provide relocation support
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred

Exposure to SAP, particularly within finance or accounting-related processes
Exposure to Salesforce or similar enterprise systems
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel for data analysis or reporting
