Process order requests through company portal
Manage FedEx account operations
Allocate card stock to appropriate agents
Utilizing company portal to track inventory
Place requests for new inventory
Contacting agents regarding shipping and inventory requests
Follow up with Agents upon receipt of card fulfillments
Confirming with agents inventory
Call handling for overflow of call center
Assisting new clients with our technology and processes
Assist with calls when center experiences high volume
Qualification
Required
High School education level
Ability to process order requests through company portal
Experience managing FedEx account operations
Ability to allocate card stock to appropriate agents
Experience utilizing company portal to track inventory
Ability to place requests for new inventory
Experience contacting agents regarding shipping and inventory requests
Ability to follow up with agents upon receipt of card fulfillments
Ability to confirm inventory with agents
Experience handling calls for overflow of call center
Ability to assist new clients with technology and processes
Ability to assist with calls during high volume periods
