Responsibilities
Serve as the Project Manager for the Workday Financials workstream
Own the project plan, timeline, milestones, and deliverables for Financials
Coordinate across internal stakeholders, implementation partners, and functional teams
Ensure alignment between Financials and HRIS workstreams
Manage risks, dependencies, and issue resolution
Lead status reporting, steering updates, and go-live readiness activities
Support post–go-live stabilization and transition to ongoing phases
Qualification
Required
Proven experience project managing Workday Financials implementations
OR a strong techno-functional Workday Financials background with demonstrated PM capabilities
Hands-on knowledge of Workday Financials modules and implementation lifecycle
Preferred
Chicago area strongly preferred
Open to remote candidates with ability to travel to the Chicago area as needed
