Responsibilities
Ensure all products meet Maadho’s quality standards and customer specifications
Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures, inspections, and testing protocols
Identify quality issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions
Monitor supplier quality performance and drive continuous improvement
Work directly with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure consistent production quality
Review materials, specifications, samples, and production runs prior to shipment or approval
Act as the primary point of contact for client-reported quality or product performance issues
Investigate issues at customer locations or in the field, identify causes, and coordinate solutions
Communicate findings and corrective actions clearly to clients
Collaborate with clients and internal teams on new product development and customization
Evaluate materials, designs, and samples for quality, functionality, and feasibility
Support product testing, approvals, and launch processes
Maintain quality documentation, inspection records, and corrective action reports
Ensure products comply with applicable industry standards and customer requirements
Support audits, inspections, and quality reviews as needed
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in production and quality control management
Hands-on experience with plastic and paper disposables / consumables and disposable gloves
Experience working with domestic and/or overseas manufacturers
Strong ability to identify quality issues and implement effective solutions
Experience working directly with clients on product quality and issue resolution
Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% domestically as required
Preferred
An engineering background is preferred and will be considered a strong asset in evaluating materials, manufacturing processes, and resolving quality issues
