Build financial models from scratch to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic analysis
Drive financial planning cycles, consolidations, and performance reporting
Partner proactively with multiple cost centers and business stakeholders to deliver insights
Support executive‑level decision‑making through scenario modeling and financial recommendations
Provide clear communication of financial results, risks, and opportunities to leadership
Contribute to continuous improvement of planning tools, reporting frameworks, and financial processes
Qualification
Required
5+ years of finance or accounting experience with strong FP&A exposure
Proven ability to independently build and scale financial models—not just update existing templates
Strong consolidation, reporting, and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments and levels
Highly proactive with strong business acumen and stakeholder engagement experience
