Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies
Experience in Interviewing, Hiring, and evaluating candidates
Knowledge of Employer Branding and promoting workplace culture
Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in the construction or mission-critical industry
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
