Responsibilities
Perform functional and in-circuit testing on printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic assemblies
Use oscilloscopes, multimeters, ICT (In-Circuit Test) equipment, functional testers, and other electronic test instruments to evaluate products
Follow detailed test procedures, schematics, and work instructions to ensure consistent testing
Document test results accurately in the company’s tracking system
Identify, isolate, and troubleshoot failures to the component or assembly level
Collaborate with engineers and production staff to resolve recurring issues
Ensure products meet quality, reliability, and performance standards before release
Maintain test equipment and report calibration or maintenance needs
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality
Adhere to safety, ESD (Electrostatic Discharge), and ISO/IPC standards
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or technical certification (electronics or related field required)
Basic knowledge of electronics theory, digital/analog circuits, and schematics
Hands-on experience with electronic test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, ICT/functional testers)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately
Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot failures
Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
1–3 years of experience in electronic testing or manufacturing preferred
