Sales Development Representative
Vizcom is a company that aims to enhance the skills of designers through its innovative platform, merging creativity with artificial intelligence. The Sales Development Representative will focus on lead generation, qualification, and appointment setting to support the sales pipeline and contribute to the company's growth.

Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify new sales opportunities through outbound email, social media, and calling
Inbound Lead Distribution: Help the sales team reach out to inbound leads and set meetings
Qualification: Qualify leads based on criteria such as budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT)
Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or demos for Account Executives
CRM Management: Track and manage all activities, leads, and opportunities in our CRM system
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to establish and test lead generation strategies
Qualification
Required
1-2 years in a similar role, preferably in the tech or software industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
Understanding of outbound sales strategies and tactics
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Highly motivated and goal-oriented
Quick learner and adaptable to changes
Team player with a proactive attitude
You enjoy planning, executing, winning, and celebrating as a team
Experience working remotely and/or in a startup environment
Willingness to spend 2-3 days per week at our office in San Francisco
