Maintaining relationships with our team of consultants
Qualification
Required
3 or more years of technical recruiting experience
MUST HAVE: experience recruiting on virtualization projects, specifically VMware by Broadcom
Ability to discuss a consultant's technical background with them and understand what they are saying
Ability to understand availability of resources and how we can fit them in the current pipeline
Prior experience working in a competitive, recruiting agency environment
Ability to effectively manage and prioritize a high-volume requisition workload
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Excellent written skills and ability to take detailed notes during technical conversations with consultants into a CRM system (type and talk while holding a conversation)
Must be able to work remotely and be internally motivated
Experience using CRM systems & computer applications
Succeed in a fast-paced environment and experienced juggling and delivering on multiple priorities
Preferred
A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
