Responsibilities
Primarily responsible for assessing, building, and maintaining Whole Life product on Entity level platforms
Evaluating opportunities, managing process development and leading the TPE onboarding of Whole Life platform integrations
Maintaining existing Whole Life platform builds, defining solutions around operational breaks and issue resolution, while ensuring transparency into status
Lead the integrations by identifying appropriate resources needed, assigning individual responsibilities, and developing schedule to ensure timely completion of projects
Hold team members accountable for delivering as committed and communicate status to all partners and leaders
Evaluating and/or recommending improvements to support ease of Whole Life integration and go to market strategies
Support entity specific API development, where applicable
Performs other duties as assigned or required
Qualification
Required
7-10 years of related work experience; broad working knowledge of supported business functions, systems, processes, and procedures
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work autonomously, effectively handles multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines appropriately and remain flexible
Preferred
5+ years of experience managing strategic projects
Ability to balance client expectations with MetLife capabilities
Project management skills including problem solving, attention to detail, analytical thinking and decisiveness
Bachelor's degree in related field, advanced degree preferred
