GenAI Enablement Specialist

Responsibilities

Define and deconstruct complex problems that can be solved through GenAI
Critically assess GenAI products and influence the product roadmap to meet Markets-specific needs
Identify key priority Markets use cases where GenAI can be leveraged, develop business cases, test prototypes and adoption plans
Provide thought leadership on GenAI & LLMs to key CIB clients
Assimilate information and provide synthesised views for senior management
Identify emerging trends ahead of broader market adoption
Define and track success metrics/OKRs; measure impact, adoption, and ROI for GenAI initiatives
Drive change management and enablement (training, playbooks) to accelerate Front Office adoption

Required

Prior experience with GenAI and knowledge of Financial Services required
Prior experience in Markets (Sell-Side, Asset Management, Hedge-Fund) required
Significant experience with diverse problem-solving background – e.g. top strategy consulting firm, internal strategy, investment banking, private equity
Knowledge and understanding of AI&ML (esp. GenAI and Prompt Engineering); familiarity with LLM evaluation, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and agentic workflows
BSc or MSc degree in relevant field (e.g. Computer Science)
Outstanding ability to analyze problems and apply quantitative analytical approaches
Ability to easily assimilate new information and desk specific nuances (x-asset, flow & derivatives)
Strong verbal/written skills; ability to communicate effectively
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint required
