Responsibilities
Comprehensive Training: The TSA program is designed to give you a deep understanding of our business, products, and technologies. You will receive both on-the-job and formal product training
Typical Duties: You'll start in inside sales, providing customer support, preparing quotes, and learning the intricacies of industrial automation. You'll gain experience in our engineering department and fulfillment centers. Finally, you'll have opportunities to shadow successful outside sales representatives
Sales Skill Development: You'll be trained in consultative selling, product knowledge, and strategic account development-equipping you with the expertise to transition into a successful career in Outside Sales
Constant Growth: This role offers a blend of technical learning and customer interaction. You'll gain insights into how industries operate and how automation solutions improve efficiency, safety, and profitability
