Design and deliver engaging, comprehensive training sessions and materials
Empower internal teams, customers, and partners with Postman’s tools and features
Create technical training programs
Support continuous learning
Evaluate training effectiveness
Tailor content to various audiences
Collaborate with subject matter experts
Collect feedback and improve course material
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Technical Training and expertise as a Technical Trainer
Strong skills in Training & Development, including developing and delivering effective instructional programs
Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively
Experience in presenting, facilitating workshops, and engaging with technical and non-technical audiences
Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt materials for different learning levels
Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Education, or Instructional Design)
Knowledge of APIs and software development
