Responsibilities
Manage and support multiple workstreams across people, process, technology, and real estate
Communicate project activities and dependencies across regions and functions
Prioritize and manage multiple projects and programs concurrently
Utilize project implementation documentation, including toolkits and migration schedules
Escalate risks and business impacts to leadership in a timely manner
Design and develop strategic project documentation, including:
Business cases
Assessments
Communication plans
Detailed project plans
Present project updates and recommendations to senior Finance leadership
Support and lead decision-making processes required for program progress
Facilitate problem-solving and resolution of key project challenges
Adhere to established project governance and control frameworks
Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate risks and issues
Ensure project deliverables are met across functions
Manage escalation and change control processes effectively
Ensure alignment and compliance across all assigned programs and projects
Qualification
Required
Senior-level project/program management experience delivering complex, multi-workstream initiatives
Proven leadership of large-scale change, transition, and integration programs
Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills
Ability to create business cases, detailed project plans, and communication strategies
Solid experience in risk management, governance, and project controls, including escalation and change control
Experience Level: Mid-Senior
