Application System Analyst Lead - Converge Revenue Cycle
Talent Bridge is seeking an Application System Analyst Lead for their Converge Revenue Cycle team. This senior-level role is responsible for leading application support and service delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes for end users and stakeholders while coordinating across various Information Services teams.

Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate application support activities, including Incident, Problem, Request, and Change Management
Act as the primary representative during implementation phases, including build, configuration, testing, go-live support, and optimization
Serve as the escalation point for the assigned focus area and ensure timely resolution of complex issues
Provide leadership to ensure high-quality outcomes for end users and stakeholders
Apply expert-level application knowledge to support operational and clinical objectives
Lead process and requirements analysis, including workflow mapping, documentation, and stakeholder engagement
Prepare and present clear, accurate project status reports to stakeholders and leadership
Identify risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks and escalate appropriately
Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Organize and distribute workloads, mentor team members, and support cross-training initiatives
Collaborate with application, compliance, and business teams to design and improve system processes
Lead workgroups and facilitate cross-application collaboration sessions
Communicate effectively with audiences ranging from project teams to senior leadership
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical skills with the ability to present complex information clearly (e.g., charts, reports, presentations)
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to adapt to change and work effectively in a collaborative team environment
5–7 years of experience in healthcare, business, or information systems support
Minimum of 2 years of project management experience or equivalent
Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects with minimal direction
Experience mentoring team members and supporting cross-functional teams
Proficiency or certification in the assigned Epic module (required or obtained upon hire)
Ongoing maintenance of certification through version training as required
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, with a focus in healthcare, business, or information systems
Supervisory or team leadership experience (preferred)
Relevant professional certifications related to the area of focus (preferred)
