Required
Proven expertise in Operations Management, including planning, execution, and optimization of processes
Strong Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making and problem-solving
Experience in Team Management, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
Effective Budgeting skills to manage and allocate resources efficiently
Exceptional Customer Service capabilities to ensure customer satisfaction and support business growth
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to adapt to diverse cultural and market demands in a global context
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
Preferred
an MBA is a plus
Prior experience in the gaming or technology industry is an advantage
