Epic Analyst - Cadence

Talent Bridge is seeking an Epic Analyst - Cadence to serve as a liaison between system end-users, operational leaders, support teams, and vendors. The role focuses on designing, building, supporting, and optimizing applications to meet operational needs while analyzing business requirements and assisting in project implementation.

Responsibilities

Analyze, develop, test, document, implement, and optimize assigned applications and business processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify practical solutions and provide oversight on assigned tasks
Apply working-level subject matter expertise in supporting projects, customers, and teams
Represent end-user needs in system updates, enhancements, and process improvements
Perform process and requirement analysis, including workflow mapping, gap analysis, and stakeholder engagement
Communicate complex design, configuration, and system issues clearly to users and stakeholders
Adhere to organizational standards for system configuration, change management, and quality
Support training and mentor junior team members on system usage, design, and best practices
Proactively troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests
Manage medium complexity projects or tasks and provide input on release functionality
Maintain knowledge of assigned applications and related technologies
Provide timely documentation, status reporting, and communication to leadership and stakeholders

Required

Ability to present complex data clearly (e.g., charts, graphs)
Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
Adaptable to change and able to implement new processes efficiently
3+ years of relevant experience in healthcare, business, or information systems
Experience solving incidents and developing new functionality with minimal direction
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with senior team members and mentor junior staff
Strong operational knowledge and system expertise to manage medium complexity work independently
Maintain certifications through ongoing version training as required

Preferred

Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, with a focus in healthcare, business, or information systems
Relevant professional certifications in area of focus preferred
For Epic Analysts: certified or proficient in assigned Epic module (must be obtained within 6 months of hire)
