Human Resources Director

The client is seeking a strategic and people-focused Human Resources Director to lead the organization’s HR function and drive initiatives that support business growth, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. This role involves developing and executing HR strategies across various domains including talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
Management Consulting

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with business objectives
Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy
Lead end-to-end talent management, including recruitment, onboarding, retention, and succession planning
Oversee performance management processes and support leadership in driving employee development
Design competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent
Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and investigations with professionalism and discretion
Establish HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and improve organizational health
Lead and mentor the HR team, promoting operational excellence and continuous improvement
Drive culture-building initiatives that enhance engagement, productivity, and employer brand
Partner with Finance and leadership on headcount planning and budget management

Required

Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and organizational development
Proven leadership experience with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Expertise in talent strategy, performance management, and employee engagement
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience implementing HR systems, policies, and scalable processes
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information

Preferred

8–12+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles
Experience in high-growth, technology, SaaS, or product-driven organizations
Familiarity with HRIS platforms and people analytics tools
Background in change management and organizational transformation
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Master's or HR certification such as SHRM-SCP/SPHR is a plus)
