Responsibilities
Partner with executive leadership to execute priority operational initiatives
Track action items and coordinate follow-up across departments
Prepare executive presentations, summaries, and internal management reports
Support coordination and follow-up for external meetings and business discussions
Support internal projects and new initiatives through research, analysis, and coordination
Perform practical financial and operational analysis, including budgeting support and ROI tracking
Conduct market and industry research to inform business decisions
Manage timelines and deliverables for cross-functional projects
Support annual and mid-term planning for U.S. operations
Track KPIs and prepare regular performance reporting
Coordinate with headquarters and internal stakeholders to align priorities
Assist with the implementation of process improvements and organizational initiatives
Qualification
Required
7+ years of professional experience in business operations, project management, or a related field
Experience in operations planning, project management, commercial operations, or organizational support
Strong organizational and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfort working with data, financial concepts, and performance metrics
Professional communication skills when working with senior leadership
Korean and English bilingual proficiency required
