Experience in assay development with NGS readouts required
Experience in protein expression and purification required
Experience with mammalian cell culture required

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills required
Must be exceptionally self-motivated and independent
Excellent organizational and communication skills required
Knowledge of immunology a plus
Experience working with AAV/LNP
Experience with flow cytometry a plus
Experience with in vivo work a plus
