Partnerships Manager
The company is seeking a Partnerships Manager to develop, manage, and scale strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth and market expansion. This role involves overseeing the full partnership lifecycle and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with company strategy.

Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential strategic, technology, and channel partners aligned with business objectives
Own end-to-end partnership execution, including outreach, negotiation, contract structuring, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management
Develop joint value propositions, go-to-market strategies, and co-marketing initiatives with partners
Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and mutual success
Track partnership performance against defined KPIs and continuously optimize programs to improve outcomes
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operational execution and partner enablement
Represent the company externally at industry events, partner meetings, and conferences as needed
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, alliances, or strategic relationships
Proven track record of building and scaling successful partnerships that drive measurable business results
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience structuring and managing partnership agreements and commercial terms
Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements
Preferred
Experience in SaaS, technology, or B2B environments
Familiarity with channel, referral, or ecosystem-based partnership models
Experience working with legal, finance, and operations teams on partnership execution
Comfort operating in a high-growth or startup environment
