Responsibilities

Create, design, translate, and publish the monthly bilingual employee newsletter
Draft and distribute a wide range of internal communications and designs visually appealing content using Canva and Microsoft Office tools
Maintain bulletin boards, digital displays, and visual management boards to ensure current, accurate, and branded information upholding company branding and visual standards across all communication platforms
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and site-wide events
Manage the employee suggestion box, including logging, routing, follow‑up, and trend tracking
Create calendars, records, documentation for communication, engagement activities and order supplies, equipment, or for events and other duties as required

Required

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field or Associate degree plus relevant experience
Minimum 4 years of experience in an administrative, communications, or coordination role
Fluent in English / Spanish (written and verbal) with strong writing, editing, and translation skills in both languages
Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook; basic Excel)
Ability to manage multiple priorities, recurring deadlines, and fast‑paced tasks independently
Experience in graphic design, visual layout, or visual communications
Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
This position will require an export license from the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security, and/or the Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Issuance of any required license is a prerequisite for this position. The candidate must be able to work with export-controlled technology in accordance with US export control law
