Responsibilities
Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI can improve workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance decision preparation
Partner with the data team and business stakeholders to ensure data is clean, well-structured, and ready for use before AI agents are designed or deployed
Design, build, test, and deploy enterprise AI agents using Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio to support high-value business use cases
Develop and refine prompting patterns, agent templates, and reusable AI components aligned with Streck workflows and decision processes
Support and actively participate on the AI Steering Committee by providing technical input on proposed AI use cases, including feasibility, value, and risk considerations
Ensure AI solutions align with Streck governance, security, compliance, and acceptable use standards
Create and maintain documentation for AI agents, prompting patterns, workflows, and enablement practices
Support organization-wide adoption of Microsoft Copilot by sharing best practices and usage guidance
Collaborate with IT, data, and business teams to ensure AI solutions are grounded in reliable data and integrated into existing systems and processes
Stay current with advancements in generative AI, Microsoft Copilot capabilities, and agent-based design, and share learnings with leadership
Perform other duties related to AI enablement and innovation as assigned by IT leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience working with generative AI tools, including prompt engineering and agent-based solutions
Experience designing or supporting business workflows, automation, or decision-support systems
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions
Experience with generative AI platforms and tools, preferably Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio
Strong understanding of prompt engineering, agent behavior, and human-in-the-loop AI design
Strong understanding of data quality, data readiness, and the relationship between data models and AI-enabled solutions
Ability to design AI solutions with appropriate security, data protection, and access controls in mind
Ability to design and support AI-enabled workflows that integrate with existing business processes
Ability to document AI solutions, workflows, and best practices clearly and effectively
Ability to work effectively with IT and business teams to support solution deployment and adoption
