Responsibilities
Analyze kiosk, app, and web performance to identify trends and growth opportunities
Build dashboards (Power BI / SQL/CRM tools) to track KPIs such as average check, conversion rate, and engagement
Support A/B testing by helping define hypotheses, monitor results, and evaluate test impact using RBI’s standardized analytics methodology
Monitor UX and content effectiveness across markets and share insights with franchisees and regional teams
Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Product, Technology and vendors to guide continuous improvements
Communicate findings through concise, visually engaging reports and presentations
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of experience in business analysis, digital performance, or eCommerce analytics
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — you're comfortable turning data into insights
Hands-on experience with SQL and Power BI
Excellent written and spoken English
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a remote, multicultural environment
Preferred
Previous experience in the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) or retail technology sector
Experience using Snowflake and Amplitude
Basic understanding of digital funnels, A/B testing, and UX measurement
