Application System Analyst II - IS Support Imaging
Talent Bridge is seeking an Application System Analyst II to serve as a liaison among end-users, operational leaders, support teams, and vendors to design, build, and optimize assigned applications. This role provides both application support and project implementation for medium- to high-complexity software initiatives, requiring a combination of analytical skills, healthcare knowledge, and system expertise.

Responsibilities
Analyze, develop, test, document, implement, support, and optimize applications and related business processes to meet operational requirements
Collaborate across teams to propose practical solutions and provide oversight of assigned tasks
Provide subject matter support to customers, project teams, and stakeholders while expanding technical expertise
Identify opportunities to improve usability, efficiency, and user experience
Conduct working-level process and requirements analysis, including workflow mapping and gap analysis
Communicate design, configuration, and system concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
Contribute to strategy discussions by identifying options and facilitating decisions
Follow established standards for system configuration and change control
Develop relationships with end users and operational leaders to ensure alignment with business needs
Coordinate vendor code changes, respond to infrastructure issues, and share best practices
Serve as a liaison between business operations, IT, system users, and vendors for issue resolution
Troubleshoot and resolve moderate incidents and service requests independently
Produce clear and accurate documentation for system configurations and user guidance
Manage medium-complexity tasks and evaluate new application releases and functionality
Qualification
Required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred with a focus in healthcare, business, information systems, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered
Ability to present complex data clearly, including charts and graphs
Strong problem‑solving, multitasking, and teamwork skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
Minimum 3+ years of professional experience
At least 2+ years of experience within healthcare, business, or information systems
Experience resolving moderate incidents with independent judgment
Ability to develop functionality with minimal direction
Experience working collaboratively with senior team members on solutions
Mentorship or informal training experience within a functional or application area
Preferred
Relevant certifications preferred but not required
For Epic analysts: certification or proficiency in the assigned Epic module (must be obtained within 6 months of hire) and maintained with version‑appropriate training
