ServiceNow Developer Lead - IM Application Development
Talent Bridge is seeking an Information Services Developer Lead to oversee and coordinate development activities within a designated focus area. This senior technical leadership role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize enterprise applications and system processes.

Responsibilities
Act as primary representative across phases of implementation, including build, configuration, testing, go-live support, and optimization
Lead focus area workgroups, coordinating communication between application teams and facilitating cross-application collaboration
Work collaboratively with application, development, and compliance teams to design and refine system processes
Serve as a liaison with end-users and business stakeholders to understand requirements and communicate plans and timelines
Maintain expert knowledge of relevant technologies and platform documentation
Develop and maintain technical documentation and stay informed of new features and best practices to improve efficiency
Provide technical input into application design decisions consistent with enterprise architectural strategies
Participate in evaluation of proposed system acquisitions or solution developments, offering input on compatibility, cost, resources, operations, and maintenance
Lead proactive processes to collect and report data on assigned systems and support continuous improvement initiatives
Research, design, develop, and implement application, database, and interface components
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Strong technical knowledge of enterprise application development, integration design, systems, databases, and information services
Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, manage complex tasks, and communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience in a corporate environment
Hands‑on experience with design and coding in modern technology stacks
Knowledge of industry‑standard platforms such as Java, .NET/C#, integration middleware, automation (e.g., RPA, test automation), and server environments
Experience partnering with internal or external customers to coordinate work, design solutions, and support delivery
Preferred
Experience leading and supervising development teams (2+ years)
Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices and Agile/Waterfall methodologies
