Application System Analyst II - Converge Information Services
Talent Bridge is seeking an Application System Analyst II who will serve as a key liaison among system end-users, operational leaders, support teams, and vendors. This role involves analyzing, developing, and optimizing applications to meet business goals and operational requirements.

Responsibilities
Analyze, develop, test, document, implement, support, and optimize assigned applications and related business processes
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to propose practical solutions and provide oversight on assigned tasks
Provide application support and expertise to projects, customers, and other teams while continuously expanding subject matter knowledge
Identify opportunities to enhance usability, efficiency, and the user experience
Perform process and requirements analysis, including workflow mapping, gap analysis, and stakeholder engagement
Communicate complex design and configuration issues to end users and stakeholders
Contribute to strategy discussions by identifying potential options and solutions
Adhere to change management processes for configuration, testing, and implementation
Collaborate with operational leaders to standardize best practice workflows and ensure process alignment
Coordinate vendor‑related code changes and partner with technical teams to resolve system or infrastructure issues
Serve as a liaison between business operations, IT, system users, and vendors for issue resolution
Troubleshoot and resolve moderate incidents and service requests independently
Provide documentation and feedback in a clear and professional manner
Manage medium‑complexity projects and evaluate new system releases and functionality
Qualification
Required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, with a focus in healthcare, business, or information systems; equivalent experience may be considered
Ability to present complex data clearly and effectively (e.g., charts, graphs)
Strong problem‑solving and multitasking capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent customer service, written, and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years in healthcare, business, or information systems
Experience troubleshooting moderate incidents and developing system functionality with minimal guidance
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, share knowledge, and assist team members
Familiarity with applying independent judgment and analytical skills in a dynamic environment
Preferred
Relevant technology or application certifications preferred
For Epic analysts: certified or proficient in the assigned Epic module (must be obtained within 6 months of hire) and maintained through version‑appropriate training
