Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with brand goals
Plan content around launches, promotions, treatments, and events
Ensure consistency across messaging, visuals, and brand voice
Stay current on social trends while protecting brand consistency
Capture high-quality photography and short-form video content in-clinic and on location
Style, shoot, and edit brand-aligned photos for social, campaigns, and promotions
Film and edit Reels, Stories, and short-form video content
Write thoughtful, educational, and conversion-driven captions
Repurpose content efficiently across platforms
Manage posting schedules and daily Stories
Engage with comments and DMs in a warm, knowledgeable brand voice
Foster an engaged, loyal online community
Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, saves, conversions)
Provide monthly insights and recommendations
Optimize content strategy based on performance and business needs
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in social media strategy and content creation
Strong photography experience required (lighting, composition, editing)
Strong eye for elevated, clean, lifestyle-driven visuals
Comfortable filming in a clinical setting and directing people on camera
Confident copywriter with a clear understanding of brand voice
Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
Preferred
Experience in skincare, beauty, wellness, or luxury brands preferred
