Responsibilities
Repair broken and damaged pallets using appropriate tools
Separate and store irreparable pallets and damaged wood pieces for recycling
Maintain cleanliness and organization of pallet repair and storage areas behind the building
Operate a forklift to move pallets as needed
Perform repetitive tasks such as hammering nails and assembling pallets
Consistently comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Qualification
Required
Forklift experience required
Ability to work outdoors (under cover) with exposure to heat, cold, rain, humidity, and other weather conditions
Ability to lift and move pallets frequently using a forklift
Comfortable performing repetitive motions
Preferred
Carpentry skills are helpful but not required
